WILDERNESS TRAILS – Film Screening, DVD & Photographs

I am in the middle of packing for tomorrow’s 5:00AM departure.  This has been about 6 months of planning and preparing for my biggest project to date – film and photograph the La Cloche Silhouette Trail in Killarney Provincial Park. Meals have been organized and…

80 Km TO GO!

I am going to film and photograph my summer 2016 hike of the La Cloche Silhouette Trail.  Anyone interested in partnering with me on this project can through Kickstarter or contact me directly. UPDATE It is less than a week later and I have already cancelled…

WILDERNESS TRAILS – 10 days on the La Cloche Silhouette Trail

Both Louisa and I had been sponsoring children through Compassion before we met.  After we married, we decided to add more children to the list, that eventually grew to five.  This burden of child poverty was one of many things we loved about each other.…

This photograph was taken by my son, from Silver Peak in Killarney Provincial Park.  To the left is Norway Lake and in the distance, Georgian Bay.

A VIEW FROM SILVER PEAK

This was one of the most interesting canoe trips I’ve ever been on.  It was a bit of a departure from the usual! I have been fortunate to have experienced very little rain on my numerous canoe trips over the years.  This particular weekend on…
